DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Mix one serving with 180ml of chilled water and consume 20-30 minutes before training. There are 30 servings per container.

C4 pre-workout is safe to stack with any other dietary supplement, however, it is not suitable to stack this product with any stimulant-based products such as other pre-workout powders or weight-loss products.

Some users may experience a mild tingling sensation after taking c4 pre-workout (this is a common side-effect due to the beta-alanine content) this is completely harmless and will subside after the product has been fully processed by the body.
